1. Acceptance
By creating an ElectroBook account or using the service, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
2. Accounts
Retailers are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and notifying the service operator of suspected unauthorised access. Accounts may require administrative approval before access is enabled.
3. Plans and licensing
ElectroBook may offer multiple plans with different usage limits and features. A plan becomes effective when assigned or activated by the service operator. Limits may apply to products, customers, quotations, catalogues and other features. The service operator may change or discontinue plans with reasonable notice where appropriate.
4. Business content
Retailers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of the products, prices, customer information, quotations, terms and other content they enter or publish. ElectroBook does not verify commercial terms entered by a retailer.
5. Quotations are not invoices
A quotation generated by ElectroBook is a commercial proposal created by the retailer. It is not, by itself, a tax invoice, payment receipt, guarantee of stock or binding acceptance unless the retailer's own commercial process and applicable law make it so.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use ElectroBook for unlawful activity, fraudulent transactions, abusive communications, unauthorised access, distribution of malicious software or any activity that could compromise the service or other users.
7. Availability and changes
The service may be updated, maintained or temporarily unavailable. Features, limits and interfaces can change as the product evolves. Production deployments should maintain suitable backups and business continuity procedures.
8. Third-party services
Email delivery, hosting, storage, payment or messaging integrations may be provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply when those integrations are enabled.
9. Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security, abuse, non-payment, policy violations, expired licensing or other legitimate operational reasons. Where appropriate, the retailer will be given an opportunity to resolve the issue.
